The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner, part
of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission, prepares an annual
report on the operation of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) and its effect on the human rights of
Indigenous peoples (Native Title Report).

The Agreements, Treaties and Negotiated Settlements database collates
current information, historical detail and published material relating to
agreements made between Indigenous people and others in Australia and
overseas.
